Rigid Stranded ( Fork type) is used for copper or Aluminium wires to be bunched into huge single unit of compact
conductor for XLPE, Shaped, Spiral or Pre-Spiral and it can also manufacture ASSR/ACSR conductors.

Construction	Steel fabricated Fork or Cradle type cages supported on bearing At both ends on heavy duty hollow shaft.

Bobbing Tension	Uniform pay off wire tension by individual bend brake type spring loaded sandwich belt.
Haul-off-unit	Dual Grooves type Capstan from 1200 to 3000mm dia.

Bobbin Loading	Manual
Direction of Cages	Clock wise / Anti Clockwise, opposite to each other or in the same direction by each cage lever operated individual gear boxes.
