Rigid Stranded (Disc Type) is used for copper or Aluminium wires to be bunched into huge single unit of compact conductor for Shaped, Spiral or Pre-Spiral and it can also manufacture ASSR/ACSR conductors.

Cage Speed	60 to 150 rpm (with Multi Speed options in each cage)
Construction	Steel fabricated Round Disc or Cradle type cages supported on bearing At both ends on heavy duty hollow shaft.
Bobbin Holding	Pintle and Shaft type bobbin holding
Bobbing Tension	Uniform pay off wire tension by individual bend brake type spring loaded sandwich belt.
Haul-off-unit	Dual Grooves type Capstan from 1200 to 2600mm dia.
Take-up reel Size	1200 to 2600 mm flange dia.
Drive	AC Variable Frequency Drives or PLC System
Bobbin Loading	Manual or chain hoist.
Direction of Cages	Clock wise / Anti Clockwise, opposite to each other or in the same direction by each cage lever operated individual gear boxes.
